Nice hotel. Did not have shampoo. Had conditioner and body lotion. Ask for room to be serviced it had towels replaced but no coffee for the in room coffee pot the bed was not made.put in creamer and sugar with stir stick but no coffee I guess 1podfor two days and to guest was more than they could offer.

Not a very positive stay.
This has to be one of the worst stay. After checking in - a couple of hours later - the elevator went down. It did not get fixed by the time we checked out - the following day. We had a lot of bags to load into the cars. So it was quite an exercise going up and down the staircase. If I was given the ground level room as I have requested - several weeks earlier when I booked this stay - it would not have Ben so taxing.

After checking in we went to our room. The carpets in the hallways and the room were dirty as if they are not vacuumed regularly. The room had a chair that was broken and when looking in the closet for bedding for the pullout, the door fell off, and no bedding. The staff gave us another comparable room. It was worse. The couch had a large red stain on it and was ripped in multiple spots. The third room was acceptable for the night as it was too late to cancel. However, we immediately canceled the remaining nights and left for other accommodations. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very nice, understanding, and very apologetic.
