Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this large gite to rent in Muzillac for your whole tribe or to stay with friends. The house, which has been completely renovated, offers spacious accommodation and the charm of an old house with high ceilings. Set out over three levels, its unusual layout is sure to win you over! With a surface area of 300 m², it can accommodate up to 15 guests and comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a sitting room, ten bedrooms, four bathrooms, a games room, three terraces and a garden with private parking. We're waiting for you

The villa is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, etc.
- A lounge with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV
- Dining room with table and chairs
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190) and a small en-suite shower room accessible via the corridor, plus a toilet.

1st floor
- A landing used as an office
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160x200) and private shower room
- Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 with double beds (140x190) (2 of which can be connected)
- One WC
- A bathroom with WC

On the 2ᵉ floor:

The gite has a courtyard, 3 terraces including 1 with a 6-seater spa, a garden with private parking.

Area:
The house is located a stone's throw from the market town and its amenities, close to the expressway so that you can easily reach the surrounding tourist sites such as Damgan with its beautiful family beaches, Rochefort en Terre, and the Branféré animal park.

The entrance to the property is shared with the house next door, then a private footpath leads to the gite.

Other remarks:
- Rates do not include heating and electricity (heating package €25/night; electricity 8 kW included per day, above that €0.25 supplement per additional kW).
- Guests are responsible for cleaning at the end of their stay. Optional service available, €200 to be paid on site.
- Bed linen: 17€/bed if the beds are not made up; 25€/bed if the beds are made up on arrival.
- Bathroom linen: 15€ per person
- Pets accepted with supplement (5€ / day / pet).
- Jacuzzi: €65 per weekend, €150 per week and €200 for 2 weeks (payable to the owner).

Bon séjour en famille
Nous étions 7 adultes avec 7 enfants jeunes et étions bien au large dans les 10 chambres de la propriété. Les enfants ont pu profiter d'un jardin immense avec trampoline et d'une grande terrasse avec de petites voitures. Nous étions très satisfait de ce séjour.
