Fleurieu Coastal Retreat - Lot 150 Myponga Beach

This gorgeous home is situated on a 12-acre block at Myponga Beach and boasts stunning coastal and rural views. Designed to accommodate a family of 8 guests offering a comfortable and relaxing holiday experience at any time of the year. This home is located on Myponga Beach Road only a very short drive to the beautiful Myponga Beach. It's also only 10km from the township of Normanville.

This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 queen size beds, 1 tri-bunk, and 1 trundle bed. All bedrooms have ocean views! Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining again offering magnificent ocean and rural views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher. Kitchen bar area to seat 4 along with the dining area to seat 6-8 people. Living area with comfy lounges, tv, dvd, wood fire for those chilly days, and a large r/c air conditioner for those balmy summer nights. Great outdoor entertainment area with again stunning views for miles around, large table to seat 8-10 guests with bbq facilities.

Please note: Outdoor security cameras are in place at this property.

Safety Issue: Please note that there is a small, unfenced dam located on the property. Water is present for much of the year, with the exception of some summer months when it may dry up. Any water can present the risk of drowning and children must be supervised at all times. Swimming is not permitted in the dam at any time.

Best Place in Fleurieu Peninsula Suburbs
Fleurieu Accomodation's Hospitality was much better than what we expected. Everything was provided including spices and tea bags. Best place to see the Milky Way after turning off the All lights and swim in Galaxy. Overall best experience we had with Multiple CardBoard Games and Music & Hot Food on BBQ and Wood Fired Pizza. It was an amazingn place and we definitely recommend to others. Cheers
