Cleaning / service never came to room . Long black hair all over in bathroom . Had to go get clean towels. Told to just put dirty towels and garbage outside door . Not gonna leave a tip for room service with that kind of service

This was a family vacation. Our room was clean and had a nice view. We did see employees always around trying their best to keep things clean, but the volume of people does make it challenging. The hotel does need some upkeep and paint job since it’s seen better days. Unfortunately, we were there during a tropical storm Debby and left a day earlier than anticipated due to terrible weather.

The room was clean and was spacious. My bed was not comfortable mattress needs changed. In spite of it stormed our whole trip we had a good time lots to do inside.

Very poor staff. They are all unhappy to be there. And act mad if you book through a third party. Hotel has no storage room for luggage which is absolutely ridiculous for a hotel of its size. The room was sticky and the ac was not good at all. Everything about the place was totally not what i am use to from other hotels.

Mixed feelings about this place. Pros: 1) Family Friendly activities such as arcade and bowling. 2) Plenty of pool options: indoor pool, out door pool, lazy river, water park for toddler/young children, and hot tubs. 3) Conveniently located on the beach. 4) Nice ocean front views if you book the ocean front room. Cons: 1) Food is very basic American bar type of food. Very limited options. One breakfast restaurant. No room service. 2) Location is not convenient for walkers, need to either have a car or Uber everywhere. If you have small children you need to have car seat for the Uber/lyft. There’s no option to request car seats for your ride. 3) The hotel is a cashless resort but they only place $250 limit on your card, so once you reach your limit you have to clear your bill at the front desk. Most hotels I have been to will clear the bill at the end of your stay. Super inconvenient when we have to pack up and go back to our room to get our credit card to clear our bill in the middle of our stay. We were unaware and no one tells you that you’re getting close to your limit. We were not the only guests that were unaware of this and inconvenienced by it. 4) Beach umbrellas and chair are not included like other beach hotels we’ve been to. There’s an outside company and you have to pay for them or bring your own. 5) Hotel is outdated. 6) No crib options only pack and plays for your baby/toddler to sleep in.
