This place needs a COMPLETE overhaul. It is extremely outdated, in disrepair, dirty and SMELLS awful. The only reason I'm not giving it a 1 start is because I've actually seen a hotel worse then this, once. If you are someone who likes a CLEAN, fresh smelling, comfortable hotel this is NOT the place. The front desk staff was ok & the bed was decently comfy. Everything else was less than desirable. We would never stay here again unless completely revamped. We did check the beds and did not see any bed bugs as others mentioned. As an additional heads up if you get the TWO ROOM SUITE like we did ONLY 1 of the ROOMS HAS A DOOR which was very problematic for us as two families staying in the suite.

The whole place especially our room was dirty and unkept. Lighting in the room was bad and bulb was out in the bathroom. The halls smelled. The ice machine did not work on our floor. Our keys did not work when we got to our room. The elevator got stuck a couple of times.The employees were not friendly.

We did not stay. After 20 mins we decided the room was too nasty. There was dried up food in the pull out bed, the mattress pad/mattress was absolutely disgusting. There was no hot water Iin the shower. The shower drain was just laying in the tub, you could see down the pipe. I've started a chat about a possible refund, but haven't gotten anything back yet.

Was very disappointed with this facility, especially knowing that they are part of the Radisson family. Not as clean or updated as other Raddisson facilities that I have stayed at. However, was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the free breakfast was.

The property is tired/dirty. Deep staining in a lot of the carpets. Wall paper/moldings are dirty/falling. Had 4 cockroaches in my room during my stay. Was happy I was only staying one night.

It was ok, but I think if you pay house keeping more the do a better job dusting behind the night stand they when we left that Saturday morning no one came to clean our room or change the sheets, the could use grab bars behind the bench for accessibility it was a little stuffy could have used a little spray, I didn't get any pictures,
