The staff was friendly and offered excellent service, especially during the off season. The property was well maintained and offered a luxury experience. I only wish we would have had more time to experience the spa facilities.

I had to ask for coffee supplies for 2 days straight and bathroom tissue ran out. Other than that, it was good. I did notice that the room quality was not as it has been in the past and restrooms downstairs was needs some maintenance. Facets were worn and had white stuff on them.

After a long day of traveling I checked in late and retired to my room around 9:00 pm. The sink did not drain and the A/C thermostat did not work to adjust the room temperature in the room. I was exhausted and did not have the energy to go back and forth with the reception, wait for maintenance or move to another room. When I checked out the next morning I mentioned the issues encountered. The guest services were very apologetic and stated that there will be no charges. However since I made my reservation through Expedia. Expedia should issue me a refund for the total price of $262.06.

Had a wonderful stay. Bathroom didn’t have a fan though, it’s just a chimney like tube flowing up through the floor to the ceiling with a vent and someone started smoking in the night and our bathroom started smelling like marijuana. I believe it was coming through the vent? Other than that the stay was pretty good.
