Renovated in the Spring of 2019 with new furniture, new mattresses, new fixtures, granite counter tops and more! This wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a great location with a large front porch and big yard near the beach. Bedrooms are all located on the main level with: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, and a Full Size Sleeper Sofa. Amenities Include: Wireless Internet, Large Screen Cable TVs, DVD, Ceiling Fans in all rooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Large dining table, Laundry Room on the main level, Covered Parking, Charcoal Grill and Enclosed outside Shower, Central AC/Heat. Linen Package or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request. No smoking and No Pets

Great family home
This home has everything a large group needs for family or party time. There’s plenty of space and it’s very close to the beach. We loved having the best of both worlds with the privacy of our neighborhood yet one street from the quiet beach access.

We love Litchfield
Been coming to this area for 60 years and I’m 61. Miller Time is a beautiful home and well equipped. The beds were comfortable the house is so roomy. Just one complaint. Couldn’t raise the shades in the master bedroom and the can openers are worn out and about impossible to use. Not sure how that happens since I’ve had the same crank can opener for 25 years. We loved our stay and will return.

This house was literally just what we wanted! Just a few minutes to the beach, a backyard for the kids to play in, and huge family table. The rooms are spacious and clean and the neighborhood is calm and friendly. We highly recommend!
