My bed was fithy, I was supposed to have two double beds and only had one. The chair in the room was fithy and I had to spend extra money on air mattresses, due to the fact it was late when i purchased the air mattresses I didn't realize the pump needed batteries and it was to late to go back out my family slept on the floor.

My stay here was pleasant for the most part. The parking garage however was scary if you needed to park a vehicle smaller than a truck. The entrance s for cars are narrow AF!! I could see skid marks on the walls clearly where cars have scraped the walls.

We were able to check in an hour early which was great. The condo was beautiful! Lots of new upgrades but one thing-the ac didn’t work. 77 degrees in there was not good. We brought a fan with us which helped but not much. I made several calls, texted and emailed to try to get someone in that evening. Unfortunately, we were not contacted til the next day. They moved us to a different condo in the building which did have ac but needed some upgrades. Not the rental company’s fault. Overall it was a good getaway for me and my husband after cancelling our April vacay due to the Covid-19. One more thing-no one told us the pool was closed!

I did not like having to wait past check in time for my condo after making the 10 hr drive and leaving at a specific time so i would be on time to arrive at check in . I did not get the condo i booked and It was not cleaned. After having to wait a day to get it resolved i did get the condo i paid for .The remainder of my stay was pretty good after that .

Disappointed.
Zero room service, was given 4 towels for a 7 day stay. Over priced for the area and had to drive to a completely different area 15 mins away to pick up and drop off the keys. Sauna wasn’t hot enough to sweat in which was one of the reasons I booked.. the sauna! Not having clean towels every day felt like I was at home doing laundry! Not much of a vacation. Will not book again. And there was hair in the tub when I got there which I clean up because there’s literally no room service to call!

I did not get the room I paid for. I should have had a room with two queen beds. I was put in a room with a king size bed and only offered a blow up mattress for the inconvenience. The cable and wifi was horrible.

Thought it was a great deal at first, but the property fee doubled the cost of the room. Definitely were surprised when we saw the charge hit our credit card bill.

Parking garage is terrible,narrow and dangerous. The room said it is up To 6 guests . The room was too small for 6 . The view of the room is basically the best part.

Amazing views, relaxing location!
Amazing! Great, quiet location. Amazing views. Huge balcony. Nice sized bathroom with an additional sink. Kitchenette with fill size fridge, small stove, small dishwasher, microwave, fully stocked dishes, utensils, pots, small kitchen appliances. Mattresses need updated for sure. Highly recommend for families! Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi. Off the highly populated tourist area. Parking. Not much for SUVs and trucks, they don't fit in the structure. It's hot in July, FYI.

Wonderful view disgusting cleaning crew.
Owner of condo needs to be made aware of the pathetic excuse this property uses for cleaning. Floors clearly hadn't been mopped or swept in quite some time. Hairs left in trash cans and sinks in bathroom and bedroom.

This resort is in a nice location however their is not a front desk or staff to assist with your stay at all. The rooms were just ok for us but the view was amazing!

I would give this hotel , one star! The room was old , not clean and what surprised me the most was that the front desk reps were located about two miles away at a different location. So if you needed something you'll have to call the other location if you needed towels, sheets etc then they'll page the house keepers to bring what we needed. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is right off the beach. This hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible.

Location was wonderful, condo was filthy! Obviously the cleaning company has not been in the unit in months to thoroughly clean. Such a shame, the location give us some comfort at least.
