Meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom 2 full bath waterfront cottage in Oceanside Village. Enjoy grilling on the large gated deck overlooking the pond, or just enjoy a quiet afternoon watching the wildlife. Kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine to prepare meals and snacks for the family. The master bedroom boasts of king size bed and large master bath. Second bedroom has two twins with living area providing an additional queen size pull out sofa - great rental for large families. Large living and dining area with plenty of room for everyone! Amenities galore - indoor and outdoor pools, water park for the kids, activities at the community center for all! Oceanside Village is highly recommended for a great vacation getaway! This particular unit does not come with golf cart - rates adjusted for onsite golf cart rental.

HORRIBLE
Do not stay at this property! The property host Lisa Schultz is a disgrace and should not be a host. This property should not even be able to rented. The house was filty, not cleaned or inspect before we arrived. My family and I ended uip vacating the property before our scheduled time to time leave our vacation because of the condition of the home. The floors were black with crumbs and dust in every room. I ended up cleaning all surfaces and floors. There was not hot water to the kitchen sink and the diswasher had food particals everywhere. The "clean" dishes in the cupbaords had food particals all over them. The shower curtains were filled with mold and mildew. I wish i could add the photos I took of how bad this place was. I have no idea the last itme the place was cleaned. Save your self time and frustration do not book this place.

Family getaway
Our family getaway was great. 6 adults fit great in the home. Neighborhood is really nice. Distance to beach is not far. We rented a golf cart and it made getting to beach nicer and rolling around the neighborhood fun. This was our second time renting this home and i will rent again next time i go to Myrtle Beach.

It’s all about the location!!
The unit was a little different than what was expected but worked out for our family. The location is amazing. Coffee in the morning with the geese was great. Very close to the beach. Our family has visited Oceanside Village several times and will continue to do so!

Bate and switch.
I was requested to provide all personal and vehicle information, months in advance. Then told two weeks before rental date, I needed to submit all information electronically. Then told that the owner was allowing the people renting the unit to stay and we would not be allowed to stay in this property. The reality company said they would provide an up grade. The unit provided was not a up grade, in fact it was nothing more than a broken down old trailer with next to nothing for general needs or information. A total RIP off!

Wonderful stay
We loved our stay and wish it was longer! The house is even better than pictures and it has everything you would need. It is close to the pool and beach. Our little ones loved the kiddie water park. We would definitely stay again.

This was a nice little place. We have stayed in several home throughout the park in the past. We enjoyed being right on the pond. The house has everything you could possibly need except a golf cart which was no big deal we just rented one through oceanside village. $330 total for the week cart rental. Master bedroom could use an updated bed. But no complaints on anything else. Overall our I give it a 8 out of 10 for the type of rental it is. We would stay again

Awesome stay at the beach house
We came for 4 night with our 4 grandchildren, ages 14 to 5. Our son and his wife came for two nights. The house is cozy, very clean and nicely decorated. Nice view of the lake and the fountain from the back porch. Roomy enough for 6 people. There is everything you could think of in the kitchen, every single tool or utencil. We were able to bake a birthday cake for our granddaughter. Nice and pleasant walk to the beach, like 15 min, if it is not too hot. With 5 years old, though, it would take longer, but we had our bikes so we mostly biked to the beach which was only 5 min. We also enjoyed biking in the neighorhood. (Btw grocery stores are very close). The only thing I would mention is that the pull out bed mattress in the living room is a bit rough. Overall, it was a greay stay. We would love to come again Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed in this community and we love it at OSV. We found slot of black hairs in the bathrooms and master bedroom as well as some empty mini bottles under the bed. We expected a little better from a house cleaning during a pandemic. Once we cleaned to a higher standard, it was an enjoyable stay. It wouldn’t hurt to have at least two matching wash rag and towel sets. Overall it was a good stay.

Great area, close to beach and restaurants
We had a great experience during our stay. Security gate made us feel very safe and the property was very clean and well stocked kitchen was great for cooking. A pool was just a block over and their was a pond in the back yard that was catch and release and several fish were caught! Beach was a short distance and the pier was about 1.5 miles away. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property for future vacations.

The owner is outstanding house is exactly the way it is in the description ot was perfect for our family of 5. Its less than a minute from the pool overall great experience.
