Deposit scammers!!!
I am extremely upset, at first the place looked wonderful. The room was fairly clean, it was a nicer room with pull out sofa, and despite only having two pillows, my wife and I were quite happy with the room. We checked in late ( around midnight) and the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Checkout was a different story. We overslept, so I called and asked if we could stay over a little so that we could shower, she said that was fine. At 11:15 am someone knocks at the door, it's the cleaning guy, we told him we would be out shortly, he said ok no problem. Not even 5 mins later, our door suddenly opens, and it's the front desk lady. Startled, I said we are almost done!! We were also cleaning up our linens, coffee trash, bed sheets, trying to make it a little easier since they were kind enough to let us stay late. ... We get to the front office to collect deposit, and are told that we won't get it back because we had a dog in the room. WE DID NOT HAVE A DOG IN OUR ROOM. Jessie, (I think that's her name) was very rude, basically flat out calling my wife and I liars, said they were going to check the cameras I said okay good, we got here late and we only left the room 2 times so this shouldn't take long at all... She says that when she opened our door she heard a dog bark...the TV, music on my phone were both on, and I have a bad cough/ cold so maybe the combination made her think a dog barked. She asked to check the car. I agreed but he never did. I just want my dep

The place is really dirty, starting from the office. The smell of mold coming from the AC unit is terrible and it also leaks inside the room. Burned lights on the room. No shampoo (empty) on the shower.

Breakfast was available but average. Pool area was nice, we had fun there. Pedro the maintenance man lives upstairs and went out of his way to fix our tv. All in all no complaints.

Do not recommend
First room we were put in had no ac working, the bathroom was disgusting, had no hot water and smelled like mold. We then were asked to put in a new room, luckily the ac worked but it still smelled moldy.
