This has happened to me before with Hotels.com bookings. Because you get a deep discount, you get second-class-citizen treatment. Like here, no maid service for a two night stay. Bad hospitality service either way You expect more from a legacy brand, even in off-season. Lesson learned.

The room itself wasn’t bad but the hallways were in need of cleaning/paint. There were just a lot of random people hanging around the outside of the hotel that didn’t appear to be guests. *The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful*
