Everything was very nice the only thing that could be better is the valet parking. It just got very crowded during certain times in the day. The valet staff were really great though.

The staff was excellent. There was some confusion with our Travelocity booking- we though we had an oceanfront room, but Travelocity tricked us- is was “ocean view”- which meant that if you stood on the edge of your balcony and leaned out you could catch a glimpse of the ocean between 2 buildings. Just after check in, the front desk staff was able to switch us into a true oceanfront room. Luckily it was the off season so the hotel wasn’t packed, but it was great for them to make the switch for us. We were able to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean each morning which was wonderful. The hotel bar, restaurant, and pool were all very good. It seemed like much of Myrtle beach would require driving to places to eat and activities to do, but there was a lot to do and lots of places to eat within walking distance.

This is a great hotel. My only complaint is the bed. The mattress is hard as a rock. Neither of us slept well at all. Other than that, it's a great hotel. The restaurant has excellent food and the bartender, Bubba, is a delight!

Nice hotel suites right on the beach- beautiful view! Clean rooms and nice, helpful staff. Shout out to Heather who helped us print our boarding passes and tucked our luggage away after checkout so we could walk the boardwalk one last time before our flight home. We did have a few "smokers" around us where the smoke drifted up (or down) into our room. It would be good to get a handle on this and put a stop to it.

Super confusing on how to check in. We had to ask valet where to check in, which the lobby is on the 3rd floor it was so confusing. Valet was $25 a day which is insane. Especially if you come and go a lot, and don’t want someone else in your car. If you didn’t valet you have to pay $3 an hour for parking at a meter. Area is on the south end of town, it’s a little ghetto. Wouldn’t take my kids here. Homeless people were seen and if you don’t get an ocean view your view is of a ghetto grocery and cash title store. Not appealing for the price and an ocean vacation. I would never stay here again. Staff was nice, not their fault. Location and logistics are terrible. Worth maybe $65 a night not $150.

Very much enjoyed or stay. Beds are the most comfortable we’ve ever had. Love staying there. Not to thrilled with paying $30 a day to park in their parking garage and on top of that its valet. Wasn’t having anything to do with that. Told the guy I park my own car and her allowed me. Will look to other hotels. Parking was a big turn off. Breakfast was great.

Hotel is fine for what it is if you just want a place to stay at the beach. We booked last minute and I knew the reviews weren’t great but the only other few options on a holiday weekend were a hard nope. Negative reviews that point are dirtiness are accurate. There was no table in the room, despite being advertised. Patio area was covered in cigarette ash and broken glass. Carpet in room also covered in sand and crumbs. Sheets had stains. Dead roaches were in sofa bed when we pulled it out. I had to ask multiple times for fresh sheets and it wasn’t until our 2nd day that they were finally sent up and the manager offered to have our room cleaned after I expressed my disappointment. Room was still not clean when we came back a few hours later. My kids loved the water slides so that was fun and most of the staff was friendly. Would not stay here again based on cleanliness and the fact that the price you pay here can get you a brand spanking new 5 star hotel right down the road.

Great views of beach & of July 4th fireworks! Staff were all very helpful. Myrtle Beach has really upgraded its venues since last time I was there, and my teens loved it!
