We got to our room the bathroom light didn't work they had to change our room to the other side of the building ,no trash can in bathroom or sleeping area , way to difficult for an elderly mom no ramp by the closet door to the room i will never stay here again I really want a refund for the awful time if this being a studio 6 the rooms are not as pictured smelled like smoke

The photos do not accurate show the property. They were clearly taken on their “best day” prior to changing names. The lobby looks nothing like the photos. The elevator makes the worst noises. The room was dirty- hair on the sheets, tub wouldn’t drain and we took showers. The AC was dripping onto the floor so we turned it off. There were bugs crawling around on the floor and I got hit in the face with a spider web when I looked out the window. In the middle of the night we heard what sounded like 4 shots but no emergency sounds after so hopefully fireworks. You can hear every room noise around you including pets. When we opened the door the bed only had the white sheets and three pillows- no dust ruffle or other blanket so it looked very sparse. That is aesthetics only but worth mentioning. No art on walls- again just to mention because the place is not like the photos at all. This is barely a hotel, but more of a short term living facility. We were there a total of five hours before leaving at 3:45am because I couldn’t take it anymore. This was our only option under $300 for a last minute room after all flights were cancelled due to weather.

This location appears to cater to druggies that act like they live there. They are very comfortable blocking entry ways and smelling up the place with whatever they’re passing and smoking. Very outdated facility with zero amenities… not even a view. The pool was very small and dirty. At check in I was told there was only one room left and it was out for maintenance. An old grey haired lady came over and clicked a few buttons and said it’s fine. I said please don’t give me a bad room, what type of maintenance is needed. Old lady laughed and said no you’re getting a different room. A horrible smell made me gag upon entering the room. It appeared like someone had been living in the room and smelled of death or rotting food. A large trash can full of smelly trash was left in a cabinet along with random bulk size cleaning supplies. Holes in the walls were filled with tissue and all of the baseboards were missing exposing the damaged and brittle walls that appeared to be mostly chewed off by an animal maybe. The TV didn’t work. The stove didn’t work although we bought over $100 of food we couldn’t cook! I was told no one was there to help and we’d be moved in the morning. I pack up to move and go downstairs to check on where we are moving and we are only offered a maintenance man to come to the room immediately to fix our problems. I had no time to warn my daughter who was still in the room using the bathroom. A bathroom with a door that would not stay shut and kept coming open!

We planned a one night stay here for our beach vacation so we could come down a day early. This hotel was the definition of "you get what you pay for" the place was disgusting, roaches, and falling to pieces. We booked so we would have a kitchenette due to some members having food allergies and being unable to eat out. The kitchenette is literally just a cooktop, no stove. There are no pots or pans, nothing. A member of our family leaned against the shelf in the room and it collapsed into the floor on them, it was hardly on the wall. Our non-smoking rooms had been smoked it and the windows were full of cigarette butts. I wouldn't recommend this place even for a single night stay.

As you walk in to the building at the front desk, there are 7-8 people hanging out - they reek of marijuana, it was so bad that we had to walk out. The room is ancient looking, very very old & scary. We did not feel safe at all, once we seen our room, we left and booked a room at another hotel. We didn’t even ask for our money back, we just wanted to get out of there. As we were walking thru the front desk as we were leaving, a gentleman was talking to one of the ladies at the front desk - someone had stolen a ladder from his work truck during the night. Beware before you book here, do your research - wished that I would have!!

The front deck personnel were very nice, but the housekeeping could use a little help. Our room was nasty. Our rooms look nice when we walked in but then we started to notice that our feet were sticking to the ground. My daughter who was staying at another room with her toddler had to go down and asked them to mop her floor and really did not do a very good job of it then. I had asked several times for somebody to come up and knock my floors, and my grandson can play on the floor and every single day I have noticed the same thing my feet were sticking to the ground overall it wasn’t a bad experience just uncleanly floor wise.

I reserved a studio accommodation from July 3-6th and upon arrival the desk clerk thought I would pay for previous reservations, changed in sufficient time. The lobby was succumbed with cigarette smoke, a guest was moving in a food freezer. And I was given a nasty room #137 initially. We witnessed bugs in the bed. My family was moved to room # 122 which was a bit better however I paid 614.00 for 3 nights to TY in a motel not studio. I was told on check out 7/6th we only reserve studio rooms to extended homeless guest. This is unacceptable to visitors to Myrtle Beach. The room was dated no phone inadequate ventilation systems and old Food left In the refrigerator and no housekeeping day to day. I would not bring my family to this location. Also marijuana smoking all day and night inside and outside the facility.

First of off they called me to see if i was stiill coming and i said I'm on the highway now. Check in was not until 4, i arrived at 3:30 for them to tell me my reservation was canceled, I booked a double the gave me king. Getvin the room it's nasty i have no towels, no soap, no cups no pots nor plates not even a coffee maker. The picture on the website is false the rooms looks nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was horrible my grandson said this place is ugly nd he was ready to go home. I checked in on July 4th, on the 5th while we was out no one came to clean our room nor did they bring more clean towels, after i had put the dirty ones outside the door.They allow pets to stay there so when you're walking down the hallways the dogs are barking, my granddaughter is scared of dogs so she was crying and running because she heard barking dogs. I have about 30 photos but its not letting me upload them. This hotel was horrible. I don't recommend no one to stay there. Like i said this is the worst hotel stay ever... This was the second time that i have taken my grandbabies to the beach really the second time they have ever been to the beach and this was a horrible experience for them... I'm very disappointed
