Ok for the price
The room itself was fairly nice and clean. Is clear someone has put some effort into updating the rooms themselves. The grounds were pretty unkempt. You have to be very proactive to get check information from the hotel people, they are not very communicative ahead of time and the office was never open while I was there. The only issue I had was someone who was listening to loud music until after 11 o’clock at night outside our room on the porch.
I didn’t even check it. As soon as I pulled up there were people outside scream at us that we weren’t allowed there. The outside did not look like the pictures, there was VERY little parking. I tried ti get a refund through Expedia since I didn’t even checkin. Expedia couldn’t get in contact with a manger for DAYS, and they refused to refund anything. I didn’t even check in, and they couldn’t give me half of my money back. Look at google reviews before booking. Highly disappointed
At check-in, they collect a $150 deposit which was to be refunded upon check out. When no refund was issued, I went back to the hotel demanding my deposit back. It is being done now, the manager claimed. Weeks later, still no refund.Hotels.com should ban them from this site for unscrupulous business practices.
I booked this reservation, 3 days before date I got a email saying that my card didn't go through and if I didn't update my payment method. But I had the option to pay at hotel.
2 day before the date I got another email stating the same thing I tried calling and did not get a response or a answer .
My wife and kids ended up getting covid and we assumed it got cancelled from the emails I received

Staff was a zero, motel room was fine.
The staff at the motel would not let us check-in at 3:10 when check in is at 4. She stated she just cleaned the room but there would still be a $40 check in early fee (so she wouldnt let us check in unless we paid it). I said thats fine, my family is hot and miserable,we needed air conditioning. Then she wouldnt add it to my credit card, she wanted cash. I told her i didnt have it so i would have to get it to her later or the next day when I pull some out of the bank. She knocked on our door at 8pm, looking for the $40 which i thought was unprofessional. Ee paid a refundable deposit on my card, why couldnt i pay the $40 on my card. My thought was she was pocketing it and wouldnt let my family get cool until she had her money.
Do not stay here photos were taken day before they opened place is run down. Water damage mold all over wall and they have zero communication if you try and check out and ask for a refund they say to contact hotels.com and it their problem. We left with in a hour of checking in. Pretty much after 6pm you can’t talk with anyone and the deposit is listed at $100 on hotels.com but they charge $150 when you get there.
