Compared with other available rooms, ours was just ok. They warned us about their restaurants being closed for renovation well in advance of our stay. They also prepared us for the possibility of losing power due to Tropical Storm Debby and asked if we still wanted to stay, which we appreciated. However, given the few numbers of people using them during the storm and the lack of dining availability, we would have liked an offer for an upgraded room.

Great place to stay!
Overall very good! Something go happened to our original room so they called and upgraded us to ocean front at no additional cost. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was the door was hard to open to get into room and the air conditioner was very loud. Other than those 2 things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Right on beach, quiet & clean. Under construction so no bar or restaurant as advertised. No restaurants or shops in walking distance but this was good in some ways although did require driving or hiring a car. Breakfast buffet vouchers much appreciated. Delicious buffet at resort A . Whole day with no towels on pool deck, pool closed due to storms (not necessary) and water out at shower/hose by beach which resulted in a lot of sand getting dragged in room. Room was good except torn screen on back porch. Would’ve actually preferred no screen at all since screen obstructed view. Over all was good and well worth expense.

Room was comfortable, but bathroom was at least 95 degrees and humid the entire time. We left the door closed so to leave our room cool, but it consistently had hot humid air coming into the bathroom. We didn’t use the bathroom very long or much so it wasn’t an dealbreaker, plus we were only there one night. Aside from that our stay has been great.

I love Oceanfront Litchfield Inn. I stay there one or two times each summer, but the past two times that I have stayed the mattresses have been terribly uncomfortable. Two from my party left early because they could not sleep on them. They are hard, lumpy and you can actually feel the wood when you sit or lie on it. Please fix this so that I can continue to stay at my favorite beach hotel!

We were pleasantly surprised by what a charming, laid back vibe it had. Booked a paio room around the pool, which could be iffy. But it was great. Sliding door to outside pool area with loungechairs right by out door, or infront of a low wall looking right out at thecsandy beach and ocean, only steps beyond the pool and over a lityllook at the moon and hear the waves. Great find. We played 2 of the courses in Pawleys Island and would come back in a heartbeat to play moree bridge walkway over a dune. Super quiet and clean beach. The room wasn’t exceptionally clean. There was left over things from previous occupants. In addition it was the Harley rally and we have bikes and we had a Harley trailer for our bikes and was told at check in we could park it in the lot across the street. The next day after a ride we came back and was approached and told we needed to move it and they don’t accept trailers there. Which made me feel a little disrespected as a biker. It was bike week and people pull their bikes down not ride them. Felt like my family was being discriminated against when never did anyone ask or say we couldn’t bring an enclosed trailer. I will not patron this establishment next year
