It was a nice condo overall. The sofa bed was broken. It was hard to open and was rubbing the frame when it was pulled out. It also sagged on the couch side and our daughter had to sleep with her head at the foot so that she wouldn't be inverted. The view was nice, the indoor pool was also nice.

The 24 hour on duty attendance the parking was ok. The indoor pool was nice. The front entrance doors need to be updated with key cards. The shower was bad and had low water pressure. With the sliding door closed the wind would make a wind noise at night.

Rooms could use a proper cleaning,floors were dirty. Alot of wear and tear in the room. Cheap towels and sheets, bed was terrible, bowed in the center, noisy, and didn't fit the frame. The room was missing some furniture. This hotel was probably really nice 10 years ago. Positive notes, the pools and lazy river were very clean, beach access is very nice, staff was nice.

We have had the same room for the past 3 years. We like change. They did take up the carpet and replace with laminate click flooring. Kitchen area had broken ceramic flooring she should have been replaced with all the same flooring. Toilet tank ran often, May have a broken floater. Wooden furniture needs replacing. Hang TV’s up on walls and throw away the pictures that have mold-in the matting. Still enjoy every sunrise which is beautiful!!

Our stay at The Patricia Grand was very good. We were in Myrtle Beach for the Run to the Sun Car show and it was an easy walk from the hotel (saving us parking costs). The hotel was clean all around and staff was friendly. Our grand daughter enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs. Breakfast was great with generous amount of food (needs a few more options). Staff at breakfast was wonderful, especially Debbie. Our room 1736 was basic, but clean. our biggest issues was the 10 digit passcode to get into our room (our grand daughter had no problems) and the lack of seating around the pool areas. Otherwise, everything was very good.

The check out time was 10am which every other place I have ever stayed has been 11 am !! The outlets on the room were loose or didn’t work at all. The lamp shades we’re disgusting and dirty

We really were not happy

Our room had a smell and a crack in the bathtub that felt unstable to stand on . After we went to the front desk they came up and did a fix and after that it was ok . They were doing reno work I think on the floor above us day and night you could hear saws and I think jack hammers . We left 2 days early. Oh also they have switched to a 10 # code instead of a key card . It was a pain in the butt to do it .
