The only reason why I gave this rate is because when we came from the beach our door was open. Housekeeping brought us towels and left it open. We went to the front desk and the customer service representative was dismissive and did not show any concern or empathy. Instead she took a phone call when she was talking to me. We felt disrespected and a simple apology would have been nice.

I have to say, this is not a hotel as advertised, its a cluster of condos which is very misleading. When you book a room, apparently you're booking a "specific " room number, not type so if your room is not ready at 4pm check-in, as mine was not and having to wait 90 minutes, you're s.o.l. The desk clerk, was as cold as ice in attitude when i asked for an eta, and was not forthcoming as to a band that would allow me access to the pool area while waiting, or an apparent "welcome pkg" with the ppl standing next to her at the entertainment counter. The room itself, the TV did not work until i reported it, the shower curtain had a noticeable blood stain at the top of it, a glass that was used as an ash tray, and overall a very dated room that looked very "tired". This property also has free shuttle service to and from the airport and apparently anywhere you wish to go w/in a 4 mile radius- this fact is not advertised anywhere on the site. The only way i found out was by emailing the property to ask prior to my arrival. The only bright spot in my stay was Sharise (sp? I apologize if so). She knows Not to announce a person's room # upon checking in, was kind enough to arrange a later check out of 90 minutes for me as my flight was much later in the evening. Even after watching her interaction with some other guests who had an issue, she gets it. I would not recommend this property.

Had to wait in line to check in over an hour.(5:00pm) The parking for check in is extremely tight while people are checking in and out. Parking deck was ok Room 763 The shower could use some update Hot/cold turn on. Breakfast was excellent every day and the facilities were all nice, clean and kept up. Staff were all very friendly from the front desk and house keeping. Would probably recommend and stay again sometime.

My experience upon arrival was quite unpleasant. My hotel room was completely dirty and very unpleasant. Then they changed my room and it was even more unpleasant. Then they changed me back to the previous room, they cleaned it and put it in good condition. Thanks for the $100 credit. The rest of my vacation was better. The breakfast was very good. The pool, the beach, the jacuzzi and the staff were nice!
