It was so close to old mystic village & the hot tub was a great addition. The staff when checking in was wonderful and the breakfast was great in the morning.

Very comfortable mattresses, very good breakfast quite the variety, very clean rooms and hallways, very thankful for the 24-hour tea and coffee area, floors were clean, my only two gripes were really if it's three people that's coming to the room please make sure there are enough towels for all three people and PLEASE, PLEASE fix the bathroom fan it is way too loud and makes too much noise it breaks up the calmness and tranquility of the relaxation of the room (#236)

I cannot say enough about how pleasant and helpful the staff was. The pool is always important to me. The spa was a little on the small side, but everything was clean, towels were available and there are bathrooms and and a shower by the pool. Breakfast was good. It was the typical assortment of an egg dish, a bacon/sausage dish, bagels, toaster, cereals, yoghurt, etc. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate avaialbe 24/7. My only complaint was that the mattress for the pull out bed was rather thin. It was more comfortable to sleep on the sofa vs. pulling it out. We would happily stay here again.

A nice play for families
Overall it was a good experience. Our room was right next to the elevator on the 3rd floor and it was SO loud. Thankfully we brought a fan with us to block out the sound but otherwise everything else was good. My kids loved the pancake machine.

The view was amazing. The proximity to the Shoppes and aquarium is amazing and within walking distance. The drive to downtown was less than 10 minutes and a beautiful scenic ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
