Hotel was clean and at a good location for the area attractions we were visiting. Need to have a sign identifying the lobby/check in area. It looks like a parking garage. No ice bucket in rooms...sign on ice machine says they are available in lobby 1/4 mile from the ice machine. Just put a sticker on the tv table that says they are available in lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Check in was quick and easy. Same with check out. Employees very nice. JR was wonderful with helping with luggage coming in and going out due to elevator not working. That was the one inconvenience. Breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast. But not for anyone with food allergies. Very convenient to local attractions and some dining options.

Loved the closeness to mystic aquarium. Staff was friendly.... didn't like that you couldn't use cash, because i brought cash to use for vacation... and the 3rd day my daughter found ants on the floor...if we would have found them the first night we probably would have went to a different hotel..

It’s fine for a motel. They only clean the rooms every other day, and when they did, they didn’t refill the soaps. The room had a funky smell. And the breakfast bar was very lacking unless you like stale bagels or cereal.

During our stay the elevator was not working. The breakfast was located on the second floor. The convenience of a working elevator would have been nice. There was no daily maid service. It is okay that the linens were not changed, but the beds were not made and the bathroom were not cleaned. Our stay was for two nights.
