I can only say good things about the Taber Inne! The property was so cute and clean! Hosts Jen and Joe were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very neat and clean. They even brought breakfast to our room! Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Bob checked us in and walked us to our room. He also gave us lots of ideas for places to visit and see. The room was spacious and clean and we loved how close it was to Downtown Mystic and other areas of interest. Highly recommend this property and I would love to stay there again

Really bowled over by the welcome, the enthusiasm and helpfulness from every member of staff. Easy walk from the train station and back into town. Amazing food and drink plus beautiful sights on our doorstep. Our room had a peaceful porch and jet tub. Room was huge, spotless and quiet. Excellent value too. Heated indoor pool looked so tempting!

We travel a lot, and this is one of our favorite properties where we’ve stayed. The rate was extremely low for a large room with a fireplace, whirlpool tub, and king bed. There are a lot of things to do in the Mystic area and lots of delicious dining options.

The staff was nice and helpful. The indoor pool looks nice, but we didn't have time to use it. Room walls are thin; heard next door's snoring. Room appears okay on clean, but lamps area is dusty, just like all the hotels. Nice bed and pillows! Bathroom products were okay. Delivered continental breakfast was nice.

The Taber Inne & Suites is a Splendid Place
This was my first visit to The Taber Inne and Suites and I hope to return soon. It is a beautiful inn, run splendidly, with many amenities for guests. It felt like the echo of another era - where service, grace and friendliness were priorities. From check-in to check-out, it was an amazing, too brief, stay. My room was large with a canopy bed, a jacuzzi in the bathroom, and walk-in shower. I was able to make use of the lovely indoor pool twice. Across the street is the Mystic Market, certainly one of the best of its kind, with homemade dishes and great coffee, and I had both lunch and dinner there, but The Taber Inne also offers a continental breakfast delivered to your door. You are also within walking distance of the beautiful Williams Beach and the Mystic Seaport area. I loved my stay here and wish to commend the wonderful owners for having such a welcome and splendid place to offer their guests.

Quaint and quiet. Lovely property with beautifully appointed rooms. A little bit of New England heaven. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful . Great place for a group getaway... plenty of outdoor space to gather. Also great for a solo or couple. Close to the village and to the seaport. Lots to do and see.

Well Worth The Stay
The staff at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful! Led us to our room, explained all their services, and used a local map to point out places to eat. They showed that the older style of motel may be the wave of the future.
