Great spot less than a mile from the beach.
This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood about a half mile from the beach. It’s an easy walk to a beach with no parking, or you can drive just a block further and pay to park. There are plenty of restaurants and a great ice cream place within just a few minutes of the home. The owner is lovely and was eager to be sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Communication is easy. There are train tracks behind the house, but it isn’t loud at all. My teens definitely want to stay there again and wondered why we don’t spend more time in Niantic.

My husband and I spent four nights at this lovely cottage visiting old friends in the area. We could not have been happier with the property. Everything we wanted and needed was provided, including coffee, all condiments, shampoo and conditioner, etc. The electric fireplace was most welcome on cool evenings. Furnishings and decor were new, high end, and very comfortable. Nothing was overlooked. The property manager, Leola, was very welcoming and helpful before and after check in.

Very nice beach house
We had a great time at this beach house! The owner was so nice and left cold water bottles in the fridge, and even a chilled bottle of wine, which helped because we arrived at night without time to shop.. She said not to worry about shopping for things like paper towels, sandwich bags, and condiments, and she was right! It made it much easier. The A/C was cool and the place was spotless. The walk to the beach was quick, and there was a cooler, chairs and beach towels to use. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Leola!

This rental was spectacular. Perfect for our needs. We cane home to visit mom. and family. The place is well designed in a great area near the beach yet secluded . Great back yard relaxing and serene. The owners are obviously classy individuals who take pride in going the extra mile . They had snacks , wine and water in the refrigerator. Condiments , coffee , shampoo etc . I travel a lot and have stayed in many places . This place was exceptional. We certainly will look to rent here again when back in the area

Perfect Getaway Property!
This property is PERFECT! The location is peaceful and private yet close to Niantic's downtown and beaches. The pictures on line are totally accurate! Amenities are all there for you including anything you will need for visits to the beach and other outdoor activities. Absolutely Charming Valentine's Day Getaway
After a year of quarantine and isolation, we needed a way to escape the endless work-at-home cycle we had become trapped in. This perfect home offered everything we needed, with a calm, relaxed atmosphere and unbelievable cleanliness--something that I am sure everyone can appreciate right about now! Leola contacted me ahead of time to give me all of the details, and even left us some wonderful little treats to enjoy during our stay. Very cute home that was well appointed! Everything is brand new and very clean! Love the owners taste! House was just the right size and if we brought the kids, they’d have their own comfortable space in the basement for hanging out, playing games and watching TV. Perfect Vacation Rental (would give 10 stars if possible!)
My fiancé and I rented this property for a month-long escape from NYC during the pandemic. I was a little skeptical due to the lack of existing reviews-- fortunately, my worries proved to be entirely unwarranted. I could not have asked for a more wonderful property or rental experience! The property was exactly as pictured: newly furnished, immaculately clean and in pristine condition. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their ownership and hosting. There were all sorts of thoughtful touches (they left us fresh flowers!) and the place was very nicely stocked to meet our needs. Things have been lacking in other places we have rented (for example, dish soap, sponges, garbage bags, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, hand soap, etc.) were all taken care of here. The beds were very comfortable—I was so happy to find a rental with a King bed, when so many places only have Queen options. The second room has two single beds and was perfect for hosting the several friends who joined us in shifts during our stay. There were plenty of linens and towels, and the laundry machines are new and clean. I was working full-time during our stay and was thrilled with the quality of the internet service. I spent whole days on video-chat, and never encountered any issue with the internet speed on either the main floor or the lower level. The outdoor space in the back was great, and the owners have put up a nice privacy screen so that the desk feels very private and isn’t visible to the neighbors. On that note, the neighbors all seemed lovely and were very friendly. It really is a charming little area. The proper was equipped with every beach need you could imagine. Chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, toys, etc. It is walking distance to the beach. And the outdoor grill and bistro table on property are great for entertaining. My final note is to commend the owners for being so wonderful to us. They reached out several times to make sure our needs were fulfilled. They warned us of upcoming inclement weather. They even told us when to hit the local farmers market and recommended the best things to buy (check out the crab dip!). I have no complaints at all and highly recommend this rental.
