Our stay was excellent, as the front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful. Someone checked on us daily to make sure everything was ok, and booking tours was super easy and we were always picked up on time. The amenities were great…. Beach front restaurant as well as a rooftop and a few other options up the street. Spa, small gym and a small store were all on the premises. There is a grocery store up the street but the path is not very well lit at night. There isn’t much to do in the neighborhood so if you plan on walking places this isn’t the area. Beach is nice to walk on but there isn’t much else on it. So if you aren’t looking for a resort like feeling with bars and restaurants around, but a convenient location from which to go on tours and into town, then this is perfect.

The front desk staff was fabulous. On checking in Arshana was a great breath of fresh air and throughout our stay she and Ruci took good care of us. There is need to improve the public toilets on the ground floor and room service staff also needs to step up to international level service as would be expected from an internationally recognized brand hotel.

Awesome place!….. everyone at the front desk and beach were fantastic…. Especially Ratu! Will be back for sure! If you want something quieter, ask to be on the top floors and on the side of the building .

Right on Wailoaloa beach, beautiful sunrise & sunset views! Highly recommend, will definitely come back. Vinaka Vaka Levu to all the staff here at Ramada.

Definitely not worth

The front seat staff was very rude and non responsive. Mage is waits with 2 kids for check in when the rooms were available. Refused to give water on arrival. No one came to clean the rooms. No doona in the bedroom and the TV’s didn’t work. When asked - there was no response
