It was my first time staying at the Sheraton. The stay definitely exceeded my expectations. Very clean room. Fast service. All staff was welcoming and approachable. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool was great to relax in. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back soon.

Definitely 10/10 Sheraton Resort exceeded our expectations. This is a Wow factor hotel really feels luxurious, the room was very spacious immaculate and clean so happy we we're surprised with a free room upgrade to Ocean Beach room so greatful. Exceptional service from the staff and buffet breakfast is 100 perfect its another level. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. The facilities offered at this resort is awesome. Really love the shops oh I forgot to mention room service was fantastic did not have to wait long for our meals and the food was very delicious. We will be booking back at the Sheraton when we return for another holiday.

The staff at Reception was not sure what she was doing. There was confusion with our booking from Expedia and Sheraton. Expedia saying it was Sheraton and Sheraton saying that it was Expedia. We ended us not having dinner for 2 nights at Sheraton.

Great area in Nadi. Good beach great pool area. Little bit disappointed in the breakfast service as there’s only one place to get it and that’s the buffet, which is very pricey for a buffet. If you’re only gonna get a few eggs and some fruit it would cost you 130 Fiji dollars for that. A bit Ridiculous.

As the original hotel in Denerau the property is in the perfect location. An extensive renovation has improved pool facilities, very nice rooms with little details that are very appealing, staff are next level fantastic and genuinely show they care. 28g Coffee & Sandwich shop has excellent Nitro Cold Brew coffee, pastries and coffee cocktails, beers, wine and the Fried Chicken at Sega na Leqa was awesome. All in all a really great place to stay. Bula bus gets you round Denerau so you can visit the other resorts and Marina for a change of scenery ...not that you'll need to do that much.

Highly recommend the Sheraton. We went as a family with a 1 year old and a 3 year old. The staff were amazing, the service level fantastic, food and drink very good, kids club was great and cost of the nanny service was very cheap too. We also looked at reviews for a bunch of resorts and saw some including this one with the odd negative review which made us uncertain but we couldn't fault the Sheraton. Highly recommend for anyone. Pool options were fantastic.

Wow what an experience! This was our 3rd visit to Fiji, (previously stayed at Marriott Momi Bay and a resort in the Yasawas) and the Sheraton was by far the best stay we’ve ever had! The rooms were immaculate, the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, the all-inclusive package was such good value for money, and the kids club was a great experience for our 4 year old. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this resort!

Didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t given the option for all inclusive when booking , there was curry offered twice in a week… too many times Internet and tv didn’t work in the mornings
