まだ新築間もないのか、とても綺麗で清潔感がありました。リビング、それぞれの寝室にエアコンがあり、とても快適です。 立地も閑散とした別荘地にあり、のんびりと過ごすのにちょうどよかったです。

フォトから想像出来る通りのクオリティーでしたので満足です。またクチコミにあったパーキングの段差対策も採られていてGood。チャックイン・チェックアウトも実にスマート。 敢えて２つ問題点を挙げるなら１階の洗面所。 まずトイレに座れば解るが、隣の２階から丸見え。 次に洗濯機。洗濯・乾燥すれば解るがカビ臭い。洗濯機が古い乾燥システムなので、これを使うと洗面所が加湿度状態となりビチョビチョ。何とかした方がいいのでは？

エコーランドの近くにあるので、飲食に困らないし、車があるなら白馬エリアであれば どこに行くのにも遠くないので困らないです。 グリーンシーズンでもウインターシーズンでもおすすめの場所にあります。 施設は新しく綺麗で清潔感があり、キッチン用品も一通り揃っているので自炊するのも困りません（お皿やコップは用意したほうがいいです）。 庭にはバーベキューコンロがあり、電気も水道もあるのでバーベキューもできます。 乾燥室があるのでスキー、ボードギアを干すこともできます。 暖房関係はリビングはもちろん、廊下にもあるので冬の大寒波の時期も快適に過ごせるのではないでしょうか。 場所、施設のクオリティ共に大満足でした。 特にグリーシーズンのコスパは最高だと思います。またリピートしたいです。

環境が最高でした、スーパーマーケットが近いしそれに併設するコインランドリーがあり大変便利でした。 車を駐車する時、道路との段差が大きく駐車しずらい、段差補助板が欲しいです。

春スノーボード+BBQ
GW休みに家族で利用させて頂きました。 ゲレンデにもアクセスよく、また庭でBBQも楽しめ、家族で別荘で過ごすようにゆっくり過ごせました。基本的な生活用具は全て揃っています。調味料等は常備が無かったので準備必要ですが、逆にこの辺りも管理されている感じが伝わって好印象でした。またぜひ家族で利用したいです。
