The hotel is 5 minutes from the JR Nagasaki station, 5 minutes from the tram stop, and 5 minutes from the airport shuttle bus stop. The location is convenient for all the main sites, which are easily accessible by tram or by foot. The hotel is clean, but a bit old, and smells musty. The staff are friendly and will help you eagerly if you ask for it, but I think that you need to be able to speak Japanese. One staff member was particularly nice and helpful to me, while the other was a bit greasy. The hotel offers free wifi, but you have to ask for it, as it is not readily available. They need to personally set it up for you. The hotel is next to a big shopping centre as well as several convenience stores, so it's convenient to get your food there.

The room is quite old. But the room is quite clean and big. The frontdesk staff are nice. It is quite close to the Nagasaki station, it only takes 5-10 minutes walk.

small boiling cup, tv, aircond, toilet attached with strong water pressure, clean and comfort bed. can store luggage there before check in time. walk about 5-8 min to nagasaki station.

壁が薄く隣の部屋の音が自分の部屋でなっているように感じます。また、トイレがとても流れにくくとても難儀しました。全体的に老朽化が進んでいる感じでした。ただ、値段が安く無料ですがWi-Fiもあり、立地も良い方だと思うので、今後も選択肢に入るかなと思います。

「掃除しないでくれ」と、お願いしていたにも関わらず、掃除されていた。 捨てないでほしい物などは残っていたが、意思疎通に問題はあると感じる。 真摯に受け取り今後に繋げて頂きたい。
