Because of the check in counter located on 4 floor and have no on suite parking garage, it makes difficult for customers to unload their lunges and carry it up to the hotel.

Great Hotel, would be back again!
Located in the mist of shopping street with many food options around. It is well connected by buses and trams. The service was great and the room is new and nice. The slight down sides are that the room is slightly smaller, and the hotel is located quite a distance from the train station (about 20mins walk).

The location is unparalleled, we loved our stay here, with plenty of restaurants and shops at our door step! The rooms have back and foot massage machines, good sized bedrooms, very clean. Breakfast is great. Helpful staff.

It was a quick ride on the Tram to the hotel. The area around the hotel offered great transportation spots for accessing where we wanted to go. Very close to the hotel we found “Boulangerie by Prunelle. Just follow your nose and you’ll find it! A treat from here and the coffee machine for guests at Hotel Forza Nagasaki makes a nice treat. Our room at the hotel was very comfortable, as was the bed. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful modern, clean hotel with great amenities. The room was very comfortable. Some kind of chair would have been appreciated. The bath set up was great. Breakfast was available and I was able to make the decision to buy a ticket on the day I wanted it. It is in the heart of a lovely pedestrian shopping precinct with lots of dining options. Easily accessible on the Number 1 Tram from the train station and then tram to the main tourist destinations in the city.
