Loved the huge room with large closet, huge bathtub, rain shower and hand held shower next to the tub. We also were able to use the club lounge and concierge service which was helpful in knowing what bus and train routes to take.

Bell desk staff didn’t help when we arrived with two luggages. Directions to airport shuttle were incomplete. We got confused and ended up waiting in the wrong place. Many signs are in Japanese. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

It is of all we expected, and much more as well. The breakfast was certainly one of those happy “mores”. The surrounding izakaya restaurants were of great variety and reasonable prices. Taxi and train station were right next to the hotel, super easy to go around sightseeings in the city, as well as to transfer to other cities.

Perfect stay
Moments from the train platform and you are settled into brand new design hotel. Location is perfect. The design is warm and inviting, the rooms are stunning, spacious and the epitome of luxury. A special mention to the lovely Antonio for the warmest of welcomes and over and above level of service, thank you Antonio! You made our stay. You have a coffee shop, restaurant and bar on site, we sampled the cocktails and coffee and both were excellent. The hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy the harbour and city views, the nature surrounding you provides a source of peacefulness. There is a full terrace to enjoy the views from the restaurant to the bar. The team are full kindness and smiles, you will definitely enjoy your stay and feel at home. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and easy access to taxis too. Thank you Marriott Nagasaki, you should be super proud of this establishment.
