A nice view from lobby as it’s one 18/F. View from room is also good. The room is quite small, maybe because it’s closed to city center.

Had a decent stay. The lobby / reception was done up very nice and has a nice view (being on the 18th floor). Hotel rooms were from level 19-25 if I recall. There’s also a public bath on level 18 that’s open from 3pm-9am, which was nice. Managed to get an early morning soak without anyone there. Hotel is a short walk from Nagoya station and didn’t have trouble finding it at all. Staff were decent, however the normal rooms were quite stock standard and small. Amenities are at the lobby and not in your room, so be sure to collect them before heading to your room. Overall a decent stay.

Bed was very comfy! View from my room was amazing! Great facilities! Staff were helpful and polite! The only down side was I missed out on Hitsumabushi as I did not know that there were limited quantities. I should have been informed at checkin as I had breakfast included in my room rate so I had salmon instead which was amazingly tasty!

The hotel is very near the Nagoya JR Towers so it is convenient. The bath is nice. The value is okay. The hotel does not add much more than other cheaper hotels in the area. However, this hotel is newer and has a certain shine to it. I will look at other hotels in the area and consider the price and what they offer next time.

Great stay overall
This hotel was a great choice for my Nagoya trip. The onsen was fantastic, and the twin room was comfortable and clean. It was also convenient to walk to the train station. While there could be more washing machines, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel close to Nagoya station. A little inconvenient for us because the elevator to access underground passage to the station was out of service when we were there. Plenty of shops & eateries around the hotel. Our room was clean. A bit small with 2 large suitcases but ok.

Location was very accessible, less than 5 min from train station. Room was very clean and has all things essential, including phone charger. Depending on your room, you may get a very nice city view. I'd go back again.

Recently stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Check in and check out was very friendly. The roof was spacious enough with 3 beds. Very good bed and soft pillows. Location is very convenient, safe and walkable.
