The property manager was easily accessibly which was good as we never received our check in info. My husband and son loved the space - they believe it is the most spacious room we have had yet. The area is a little different but was easy enough to navigate.

Worst check in experience we had so far in our Japan trip. Aircon was too noisy that we had to turn it off at winter nights. Others are fine

入住當天名古屋下大雨，我們進到預訂樓層門口時，發現旅館已準備好雨傘給我們使用，真的倍感溫馨。 房間舒適整潔，日常生活備品及廚房用具齊全，簡單料理或加熱餐點是沒有問題的。 相較於在一般日本飯店的房間，整層公寓的空間真的很大，家人們都給予很高的評價！
