The staff is so cold,you feel like your not welcome! We stay there for 4night I ask to clean our room but they didn’t my god unforgivable. Too many young people hanging in the small pool that you can’t enter and there is a payment on using it❗️

Terrific stay at this really easy and great hotel. The staff were super. The location was great, really close to the bus station and monorail station. I would definitely stay here again.

滞在期間中、部屋でずっとカビ?の匂いがしてました。 空気清浄機をつけっぱなしにしても匂いは消えなかったですし、空気清浄機の音がうるさくてあまりゆっくり出来ませんでした。 立地もよく、オープンしてあまり立たないので全体的には綺麗な方だと思いますが、お部屋の匂いの根本解決しないと再訪は厳しいかと存じます。 （友人が止まっていた別の部屋では匂いがしなかったので、全室ではないと思いますが、あまり愉快な体験ではありませんでした。）

部屋からフロントと連絡が取れない（電話がない）、各階のエレベーターの前の電話しか連絡が取れないとは初めての経験でした、その代わりに部屋に色々注文などできるタッパネルが置いてありました、部屋の匂い（湿気臭いような）が気になりました、お部屋は広くて使いやすいです
