Liz and Andy have a beautiful B&B. The staff was beyond accommodating, friendly, very knowledgeable about the entire area and surrounding areas. The property itself is beautiful and so peaceful and our stay was perfect. So perfect that we hated to leave.

Great private beach in Nairn
Wonderful place to stay. Great beach is less than a 15 minute stroll past the golf course. Very nice room, fabulous breakfast!

Amazing experience with amazing hosts! Will be recommending to friends and family and have already planned to come back in the future. Really tasty breakfast and peaceful stay that allows dogs as well so there are no complaints.

Excellent place ,lovely landlady,liked to have a conversation with us which makes things easier on meeting, the room was large very spacious,very clean and there was a lovely welcome gift of home made shortbread,drinking chocolate in sachets, plenty of tea,coffee and milk all ready in the fridge in the room,towels beautiful and clean,also robes hanging in the closet ,bathroom was very up to date ,shower was spot on, bed was very comfy with lovely clean smelling sheets,there was 2 comfortable relaxing arm chairs in front of the tv .Breakfast was the best,also home made jams and marmalades ,they tasted very yummy ,very covid aware with hand gels and cleanliness ,we will return next year .the walk to the beach was around 10 mins,easy to find ,we loved it , lovely owners,very polite and willing to help with anything .parking on site right near our room .

Amazing room and bathroom. A great location especially to walk the dog down to the beach. Shame we only booked for 1 night. Breakfast was delicious.

Amazing Stay!
Our stay at Sandown House was excellent. The property and room were very comfortable and in tip-top condition. However, it was the service and help and conversation with Liz that took this to the next level. I can't recommend a stay at Sandown House enough - though leave a space for me when I return!

Exceptional service in a warm and welcoming setting. Liz couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with lovely bathroom and excellent touches such as robes and homemade shortbread. One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had and only 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. We will be back!

Sandown House Rocks
Had a lovely stay at this bed and breakfast. Liz, the host, is very knowledgeable about the places to eat, see and golf in the town of Nairn. The breakfast was amazing.

Fabulous property, fabulous host.
Fantastic property and host. I will definitely be back to stay at Sandown, the lady who runs it couldn't of done more to ensure the stay was perfect, breakfast was fabulous too. she even took time out to give me information she felt would help with my work in the area! Some people have to try to be nice, helpful and sincere. To this lady it was completely natural. 10/10 Sandown, I'd like to thank you for my stay.

Super!!!
Wir würden herzlich von Liz begrüßt. Das Zimmer und Bad waren super! Groß und geräumig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück wird von Liz und Andy frisch zubereitet. Man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen, aber es lohnt sich! Liz ist auch behilflich bei Restaurantempfehlungen und Reservierung. Der Strand ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen wenn wir in dieser Gegend sind!
