I stay 2 nights between my safari. The hotel was great, good food and a nice pool. All the staff was very friendly, specially antony that took care of my baggage. I recomend it.

I stayed in this hotel twice. Very friendly staff and cooperative. Hotel is in very good location and safe. Pick up from airport was very bad experience during first stay, I came early morning from very long flight and I didn’t find anyone! I made many calls to the hotel and they kept saying driver in the way.

I had an amazing room at the end of tha hall- I think it was 316? Huge room with separate living room and kitchen area. To be clear- the kitchen consists of a microwave and pot to make tea or coffee and a small refrigerator. All came in handy for my 7 night stay. My biggest issue was the AC was not great. After 2 nights of sweating overnight I finally went to the front desk to see if I could change my room. ROBERT was quick to help me get another room. He gave me a couple other options and I settled on the room directly above mine- 416 (I hope I have the room # right - it’s at the very end of the hall and provides a great view of both sides of the hotel). The AC was better but I think they set it at 72 as the coldest. I would’ve preferred 70. Sorry to say, but in the summer this AC would definitely not work for me. Everyone here was SUPER friendly! Starting with the security folks! Levi (pronounced Levee) was awesome! Charles as well. I wish I could remember the names of the ladies at security as they were amazing as well. In the restaurant Gail was exceptional and Ian was always smiling. These folks made me feel so welcome! Sammy was one of the first people I met after seeing Robert at the front desk…the best bartender ever. I got to the hotel- after traveling 24 hours with no sleep and the bar and restaurant looked closed because the lights were off. Sammy turned the lights on and served me a couple shots of Tequila!! I have arrived in AFRICA & everyone was amazing!!

Excellent hotel. Clean, tidy, professional. Nicely subtly decorated, spacious. Has a sense of class and elegance. Super polite staff....they keep giving me bottles of water all day. Professional and friendly security out front keep everyone safe. Breakfast is good, live omelette station. Excellent rooftop area with wooden decking, clean pool, raised area with seating & city views. great food I had T-bone steak & brownie with ice cream. Gym is plenty of equipment for all to get a workout. Room is a comfy clean, modern, safe, smart tv, AC, hot shower. I extended my stay.
