First Of all I want to thank all the friendly staff of Argyle Grand hotel they all arw very kind friendly and helpfull. I teally enjoyed tp there it is close to the airport. And nearly 12 km away frım the city center. But the hotel can always provide private taxies any time you need. The propertt was a very modern and clean and all the needs where in the toom for a comfartable stay . You dont need to aak anything else

40 minutes to check-in. 30 minutes to check-out while we had an early flight to catch. Total confusion about what time the restaurant opened (12:30 for lunch, 17:30 for dinner, in case you’re wondering), which is inconvenient for an airport hotel. Security confiscated a knife that took 20 minutes to locate and return at 4 am in the morning when no other guest else was around. They then delivered someone else’s security item to us. Gal at the check-out counter never smiled and turned and left after we paid our bill. Miserable staff (check-in, check-out, & restaurant) except for our porter. Needed to sew on a button and took 3 hours and 2 requests to get a response that they didn’t have a sewing kit. Five hours later someone miraculously showed up at our door with, you guessed it, a sewing kit. If you want a 3-star experience, book here. For 4 or 5 star experience, try elsewhere. Food was good at both restaurants.

Apparently newly constructed, the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport for those with flight connections or wanting to stay away from the traffic of the city. The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and the rooms are tasteful furnished with all comforts and the bed waste extremely comfortable. I will most certainly stay here again.
