Amazing for a family stay!

We loved the huge apartment with kitchen. For a family of five it was a perfect stay! All of the staff were welcoming and friendly for the entire time!

Give this place a try! Very nice!

It was great. My main two issues were some annoying light flickering (seemed like a fire alarm) above my bed. I have experienced this a couple of times now. And for this stay, there must’ve been some construction that started perhaps around 8am. That woke me up. But overall, it was a great stay, and I suppose if construction has to be done, 8am is a fair time. I was just jet lagged. Server, Becky was great, and their bartender, Collins was great as well!

The neighbourhood felt pretty safe, quiet, and had a few malls and restaurants nearby. Our friends living in Nairobi recommended it. The service was ok. The room was large and had all the amenities you would need.

Recently stayed at Somerset Westview Nairobi and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The food was great. They did not honor our group rate even though there were 50 of us. I asked the manager for the TOTAL for how much opening up the second bedroom would be, and she told me the rate for only one night. when i repeated it back to her, she confirmed. if i had known it was not the total i would never have booked it. Very unhappy with our treatment at 4am, though the rooms themselves are very decent
