Really nice staff. Nice hotel. A bit dated but it was good. Comfortable bed. Lots of amenities in the room. And all the taxi drivers know where it is. So you just say: Unizo hotel. And that's it! (In case you don't speak Japanese. ) Thanks Unizo!!!

Great location- very comfortable
The hotel location is great! It was easy to find and near the tram and many sightseeing spots! Down a quiet street too, so it was easy to sleep! The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is a bit old and showing signs of wear, but nothing negative. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and I could keep my bag there after checkout while I went sightseeing! Price was incredibly reasonable during Obon vacation.
