The room condition was OK but the bed was bit harder than usual and underneath of bed sheet, the mattress was covered with a vinyl which was not nice.
Breakfast is very simple, toast, egg, bacon, ham, cheese, small salad, instant noodle and kimbob.
Since I stayed here during my business trip, it was OK.
The staff was amazing and the room was, for the most part, great. The only complaints I have are with the bathroom. The bathtub in our room has jets and, when I turned the jets on, black debris came out of the jets, along with the air. I think that should always be checked out in all of the rooms, because of some health concerns. Other than that, I absolutely adored the stay and I would definitely go again.
The owner is very friendly, even thought they don’t understand English, they also using google translate to communicate with us. Just 5 mins walk, can reach the food and pub street. This hotel is highly recommended.
Very clean and a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Loved the large tv, bathtub, high tech bidet seat, comfortable bed. The reception spoke limited English, but with a Translate ap communication and service was fantastic. They’ll give you a giant towel if you ask too!

It's a love motel.
This is basically a "love motel" in the middle of the city. We arrived late in the night and the surrounding neighborhood gave us a little bit of a scare. The streets were poorly lit and there were a lot of drunk koreans loitering around. Free breakfast was provided with cereal, toast, ham and cheese, coffee, milk, tea.
The location of the hotel is excellent as it is on a small quiet street off the main road. The room is clean and well maintained. What impressed me the most was the excellent and heart-warming service from the owner/staff. I couldn't speak Korean and the staff/owner's English communication and comprehension capability is quite low, but we did well by communicating via google translate and body language. They are so kind, thoughtful, helpful, and caring that I will definitely stay with them again if I visit Ulsan again. I missed this nice small family-run hotel as soon as I checked into the 5-star hotel on the other side of Ulsan where the conference was held, where those nicely-dressed uniformed front desk staff did not make me feel half as good despite their better English communication skills. I truly wish I could go back to stay at this quaint little family-run hotel instead.
