Room was refurbished & clean, good size. Looked onto lovely pond/garden. Kettle & toaster provided 👍 Ten min walk to main shops along boardwalk. Quiet. Comfy bed. Restaurant & bar were not currently open but new management had just come in.

Always a great experience and has never disappointed us. The book-in was friendly and easy, as was our departure. The room was clean, tidy and spacious with a great view over the gardens. I won’t hesitate to book here again.

Room big, comfortable, airy. Kitchenette area a bit pokey. Need a couple of bowls, spoons added so you can have option of eating own breakfast. Great as per friendly. Only stayed the one night but very happy with the room.

Well situated and layout great a bonus was a very quiet fridge and very little road noise. I missed the biscuits, spa and steam room out of order, but the gardens are beautiful. Will stay again next time I’m travelling.

THE BEST!! I loved my stay here. The girls at reception were just the friendliest and made my dog and I feel very welcome. There was extra fun things availables ; steam room, pool, push bike and SUP hire. The whole place is so fun and gorgeous. Great grounds to walk around with my dog. I was going to have their venues breakfast in the morning with my dog on the deck but it had been raining so the lovely lady at reception sat me at a table right next to the door and got a towel for dog to sit on! The girls were great to ask about local places and things to do. The FREE guest laundry was another favourite of mine as someone who travels alot. Plenty of parking options which was good for me since I was in my work truck. I can't wait to stay here again!!
