The staff were friendly but not well trained. I was triple charged on the deposit ($300) and no one seemed to know how to reverse the charges including the general manager. In an attempt to reverse them I was charged another $100 a week later. The only solution they could come up with is issuing and mailing a cheque with no known date for when it would arrive.

Continental Breakfast should be available to guests without full kitchens to make a breakfast. Having to drive into Parksville is a bit much I feel.

The sheets were not changed and comforter of bed was so uncomfortable. Didn't like the texture of it. There was also a a big fly inside the washroom. Odor of room was terrible too. We enjoyed the pool anyhow.

Great place, quiet near ocean. Pool available but public has access so was quite busy. Some rooms are getting updated and tje other rooms are very 'tired' and in need of lots of udates

All 3 receptionists during our stay were rude and refused to accomodate to make our stay more comfortable. Zero sound proofing so the next door guests sounded like they were in our suite. Dirty dishes left for us, no hot water in the kitchen, hot tub gave me chemical burns, swimming lessons all day long in the pool as well as closures for physio so the ammenities are unaccessible. The pullout couch was like sleeping in a gravel pit, incredibly hard, lumpy, and loud any time you move. Upon checking out, the manager gave us $86.00 refunded on our $678 stay. Will not be back.

Great amenities we used the hot tub and pickleball courts. There is also a pool and games room, located on the beach. We had two dinners at the fantastic onsite restaurant.
