on-property parking was very limited to small vehicle parking spaces (not small SUV's). There was also no elevator to the second floor; I obviously missed that when I booked our stay at the property.

Parking on the weekends is definitely at a premium with the restaurant/pub crowd. No elevator so that could be an issue for elderly and disabled. Being right at the ocean is beautiful.

There is no elevator. No where does it say this. I have mobility issues and having to navigate all those stairs definitely negatively impacted my stay in Qualicum Beach. The hotel staff took minimal effort to find a solution. This was our second stay. We will never stay again as they do not welcome people with disabilities.

It was our first visit to the QBI and we were very happy with the friendliness of the staff, starting upon our arrival at the front desk with Noah, who was extremely professional and helpful in us changing our room. The gym, indoor pool and hot tub was very clean and we decided to stay in and have dinner in their restaurant, again with professional, friendly staff. We had a great couple of nites and will definitely return. The only I would recommend, is to change the deluxe king room courtyard description to being at back of hotel, theres no courtyard! Many Thanks for listening!
