Les précédents locataires ont embarqué le linge de maison (et la bouilloire ?) ! Quels sans-gênes !! Mais on a réussi à s'arranger pour le WE. Quartier calme. Appartement fonctionnel, bon camp de base entre centre ville et école de Nancy. Un second WC serait bienvenu aux prochains travaux.

Nancy est une très belle villeL’appartement est spacieux et calme.Il manque une table pour manger à 8 autour.Le propriétaire n’étant pas sur place, il lui manque une personne de confiance pour gérer sa location, personne à la remise de clé….L’annonce annonçait, drap et serviette fourni, ménage… rien n’était préparé, en plus il en manquait, hygiène zéro pointé.On avait l’impression que le ménage n’était pas fait depuis 1 mois, du linge sale au large, de la poussière partout… degeulasse.

Inadempienza contrattuale e pessima assistenza
Un incubo. Appartamento prepagato per due notti nella città di Nancy, disdettato dal locatario, dopo diverse scuse e rinvii, e ore all'addiaccio con quattro bimbi piccoli, alle ore 20.36. Assistenza inesistente da parte di VRBO (con un povero operatore che si arrabattava dalla Romania), senza indicazioni e senza soluzioni alternative. Ho dovuto sobbarcarmi nella notte in totale autonomia la ricerca di un'alloggio a costi superiori e sopportare spese impreviste per la cena. A posteriori la società, invece che cospargersi il capo di cenere sta mettendo mille paletti per restituirmi l'indebito. Complimenti vivissimi
