Hyper center, place de la Bourse in the heart of town you will find peace and comfort in this listed apartment from the 19th century. Lovers of the old will find the charm of the tomette which has been preserved and will discover its incredible staircase. There, you have a comfortable and quiet room overlooking the courtyard with the adjoining bathroom and separate WC.
Then overlooking another courtyard, a nice room welcomes you with sofa, armchair, television and the office area with internet. To take your meals, the kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, everything you need for cooking, an Italian coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker , you can bring your capsules. At the foot of the building every Saturday, the lively Little Holland market offers seafood, fish and local specialties.
You are immersed in the heart of Nantes! everything is done on foot. You can do your shopping, lunch, dinner in the many restaurants; take a drink between the Place Royale and its beautiful fountain, the Place Gralin, its theater and its brasserie "La Cigale" art deco classify a historic monument to discover absolutely. You can quench your thirst in the lively Bouffay district and visit the Anne de Bretagne castle. By walking on the banks of the Loire you will discover the surprising "Machines de l'Ile" and the emblematic "Elephant".

4.5 stars: Quiet, lovely, the center of everything! And oh, the Escher-esque stairwell!!
The apartment is lovely: Clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen well-appointed. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. Because the bedroom and living room (with the sleeper sofa) face into enclosed courtyards and not the street, the apartment is delightfully quiet without the city noise one would expect. The apartment is truly in the center of everything! Within walking distance to all major tram lines and busses, 3 tram stops (or a short 12 minute walk) to the train station; in the heart of major shopping, restaurant and cafes. A 10 minute walk to the Isle de Nantes and the amazing mechanical elephant and merry-go-rounds, the Loire, and 20 minute walk (or three tram stops) to the beautiful Erdre and the Isle de Versaille with its Japanese garden, river information center, and electric boat/SUP rentals--and 1 minute to the lovely Passage Pomeray. If you are a chocolate lover--beware--two of the best chocolate shops in Nantes are on either end of the Place Petite Holland--the plaza in front of the apartment building (which boasts some excellent restaurants including the creperie and the amazing strawberry specialty shop). Grab a crepe, strawberries and cream or a mixed drink/glass of wine and watch he world go by just a few feet from your door. If you are a runner, the trails on both sides of the Erdre and it's side canals offer miles of gorgeous trails beneath trees and through wet-lands filled with birds, mammals, and beautiful flowers. You forget you are in the city! The only reason we didn't give it fully 5 stars (and the scale wouldn't allow for half more) are that it is 1 bedroom with the shower/sink "en camera" (in the bedroom), and (important to us Americans) has a very efficient washer but no drier--which is common in European countries due to the high cost of power. (But the hosts do provide you with a drying rack which worked very well). But these are minor details and overall the apartment is wonderful. Highly recommended. Oh, the stairs? Envision an Escher-esque stairwell with a medieval twist. Awesome!!! If you can't handle 4 flights of steps, this apartment isn't for you. If you're at least semi fit--this place is great! And if you want to get into shape (or burn off the crepes!) the stairs help with that. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Apartamento céntrico y amueblado moderno en un edificio antiguo y clásico del centro de la ciudad. Excelente atención por parte de Myrian que nos proveyó de información sobre actividades y visitas de la ciudad y alrededores, así como de restaurantes. La propietaria tuvo la cortesía de dejar artículos básicos para que pudiéramos utilizar tanto de higiene como de cocina, La cocina está bastante bien dotada de menaje incluso va un poco más allá de lo básico. Si bien las cuatro plantas sin ascensor se hacen algo duras por la tardes-noches cuando vuelves cansado. Avisamos a futuros clientes, que como es complicado aparcar en el centro; existe un parking en la Calle Le Loup, a precios muy razonables, para ello podéis descargar la aplicación zenpark.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très joliment décoré avec beaucoup de charme et d’un grand confort,rien ne manque,il est parfaitement équipé.la propriétaire qui nous a accueillis est charmante.l’emplacement dans l’hyper Centre était parfait,nous avons tout fait à pied. Petit tuyau si vous venez en voiture : avec l’appli zen Park choisir le parking rue le Loup qui n’est pas loin et c’est 28€ pour la semaine.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Nantes et l'appartement était très confortable. Le seul hic, les 98 marches pour y arriver. Ce serait important de le mentionner dans l'annonce pour les personnes d,un certain âge, comme nous, qui peuvent trouver l'effort trop grand. Nuestros días en este apartamento de Nantes han sido, agradables y confortables; La localización es muy adecuada, está muy centrico, tanto para visitar caminando la ciudad desde ella ,como para moverse en tranvía a zonas más alejadas de la ciudad; Centrica y silenciosa , muy importante para el descanso; El apartamento está preparado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, tanto el menaje de cocina como la ropa de cama y aseo; Las instalaciones de la vivienda funcionan estupendamente; Los dueños nos han tratado muy bien , estando siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y responder nuestras preguntas, y con rapidez. Ha sido un placer disfrutar de este apartamento, muy recomendable tanto para una persona, pareja o familia;

Appartement tres bien situé au pied de la place de commerce. Très joliment décoré, literie confortable, tout le nécessaire est à disposition, on se sent comme chez soi.
