My Favourite Boutique Hotel in Nantes
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Billie in Nantes. Despite being a small space, it was more than enough for my needs. The hotel is exceptionally clean and feels quite luxurious for the price. I also felt very safe during my stay, which is always a priority for me. The staff were available 24/7 and extremely friendly, always willing to help with any requests. The location is unbeatable, with so much to explore in the area. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Nantes

Lovely hotel, well positioned with easy reach to local attractions, shops etc. Staff were really friendly and helpful. On check in we were informed immediately of an issue with air conditioning in the 2 rooms allocated to our party of 5 so we were given a 3rd room free of charge. I would have liked an iron in my room and maybe teaspoons for making hot drinks but otherwise very happy overall with the facilities and room. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so unable fo comment but saw the fresh paste being delivered on checkout and they looked fresh and delicious

No air conditioning, no fan, no good.
I was put in the loft, with no air conditioning during a sweltering French summer. I asked the reception for a fan. He said they didn't have a single fan in the hotel to give me. I opened the window for air. It was filthy. I strongly recommend you avoid this hotel.

Très agréable
Hôtel récemment rénové, jolie déco, la literie et bonne, chambre confortable, la Clim (il a fait 33 degrés lors de mon séjour à Nantes), à côté de la place Graslin, 15 minutes à pied des attractions principales de la ville, restos et bars dans la même rue. L accueil très sympa. le petit dej pourrait être complété par des fruits. Dans la chambre peu de place pour suspendre ou ranger les vêtements, mais cela n a pas d importance pour un court sejour

Accueil pas agréable (problème de parking vélo ) alors qu’il était informé de notre venue avec 2 vélos électriques dès la réservation Heureusement que le veilleur de nuit a été très compréhensif et a trouvé une solution Bref, jamais agréable d’être mal accueilli (nous avons fait un trip vélo de 14 nuits en Bretagne et c’est la seule fois où nous avons eu ce genre de problème Si vous ne pouvez pas accueillir de vélos, merci de l’informer en amont

Accueil toujours aussi agréable depuis la rénovation et ke changement de nom de l'établissement. La nouvelle décoration et les nouveaux espaces d'accueil et de restauration sont réussis. La chambre est confortable et la situation de l'hôtel est au top.
