Welcome to La Capitainerie ! Cocoonr invites you to stay in this beautiful Nantes house on the banks of the River Erdre. You'll love the space, the exceptional location and the parking space included in the rental price!
The house is on three different levels, with three master suites and three terraces, including a rooftop. This spacious home gives you easy access to all of Nantes' landmarks.

The home is arranged as follows:
On the ground floor, an entrance hall with a staircase leading to the living room.
First floor;
- A comfortable lounge area with sofa and television
- A large semi-open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, hob, etc. There is also a large dining table overlooking the River Erdre.
- A master suite comprising a bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath and a dressing area.
The second floor comprises
- A master suite with a double bed on the mezzanine floor, a shower room, plenty of storage space, a study area and a private terrace.
- A second master suite with a double bed, shower room, plenty of storage space, study area and private terrace.
Finally, on the third floor;
- A large living room with a bed, a lounge area, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a shower room. This space opens onto a large rooftop suspended over the River Erdre, equipped with garden furniture to make the most of this lovely view!

Bonus: a secure parking space 350 metres from the house. Please note that the parking space is very narrow and difficult to enter and exit.

Neighborhood :
Enjoy the bucolic setting of the banks of the Erdre with immediate proximity to the Ile de Versailles and its pretty Japanese garden.
By staying in this house, you benefit from a privileged location. The city center can be reached in 10/15 minutes on foot. Once in the city center, you can stroll around and discover the many boutiques on Rue Crébillon or admire the majestic Opera House on Place Graslin. You could also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or explore the Cours Cambronne.

- A secure parking 350 metres from the house. Please note that the parking space is very narrow and difficult to enter and exit, 6 minutes' walking.
- Tramway: ‘Saint Mihiel’ (line 2) less than 2 minutes' walk away.
- Self-service bicycles called ‘Bicloos’.
- Airport: a shuttle bus is available from ‘Commerce’ 20 min to the airport.

Other information :
The Capitainerie is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and the bed will be made on your arrival.
To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
