The location was excellent - next to the opera in centre ville. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a very quiet location even though it was so central to everything.

Tiphaine, Simon and Antonin were all amazing! They each helped us with dining, transportation and Simon actually walked us to the Commerce to ensure we got on the right tram for the Olympic event we were going to. The bar staff was friendly and attentive I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location with many shops anddining options close by

The location is nice. A lot of restaurants nearby. Try "La Cigale" just opposite the Hotel. If you have a car it won't be easy to park.

This property is about location location location. A short walk to the Museum of Fine Arts ( a fabulous collection, the jewel of Nantes ). Walking to restaurants a shopping all relaxed.

Great location, very friendly staff, and the best breakfast we've had in France. And FREE parking! One caution, if you are driving. Use their map; do Not use google maps. We went around it for 45 minutes.

Perfect location and super friendly staff
Really helpful staff at the hotel and very willing to speak perfect English where in fact my son and I were hoping to improve our French. They quickly realised and were patient and spoke more slowly and clearly to help us. The room was spotless, air conditioned and comfortable. We were always greeted with a smile and the locaction, next to the opera house was perfect in every way. Not noisy like the centre but just a stroll away and yet surrounded by great shopping and restaurants. We loved Nantes and the Hotel helped to make our stay extra special.
