SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL

40' POOL AND SPA! Just a short walk to a beautiful private beach and a short drive to many private beaches with soft sand and surf that will make you never want to leave!

Our home is 4 bedroom has 4.5 baths and is an upside down style home with bedrooms on first floor and the main open living area on upper level with stunning views from 3 separate decks.

Large tiled entryway has a staircase to upper level to the right and to the left are the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all bathrooms have been renovated) plus a new full bathroom and laundry room! There is also a staircase at the end of this hallway leading to the upstairs.

The first bedroom has a king bed and a slider to it's own private deck and it's own bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twins and the master has a fireplace with a queen bed and sliders out to a huge patio and it's own beautiful renovated bathroom.

Upstairs is a large open concept kitchen, dining area with gas stove, living room with fireplace, dining room with decks on both sides, and a family room with wet bar with sliders to large deck with amazing views of the ocean and sunsets!!!!!!

We do not allow pets at Just Breathe.

Linda's home is lovely with tons of room in a great location close to the beach. We had a wonderful time, in no small part because Linda was very helpful and communicative both before and during our stay. I highly recommend the property for a vacation.

Perfect getaway
We had an opportunity for a short getaway and Linda's property was the perfect spot- Linda was very accessible, answered all of our questions. The house was stylish, clean, and super comfortable- we loved having all of the different choices of porches to sit on depending on the time of day, mood, etc. The kitchen was super well-stocked for those of us who dont mid cooking on vacation! Will definitely come again.

Perfect Spot
Linda's home was perfect. Everything needed for a vacation was provided - from a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beach umbrellas, chairs etc to a comfortable layout and the most fantastic breezes from 5 separate decks. The beach was a short 10 minute walk away, not crowded with fabulous waves. The name of the house is Just Breathe and that is all you need to do.......

Week with the family
We stayed for a week at Just Breathe. Linda was very responsive and thoughtful about making sure we had a great stay. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It is not near the town, but we knew that going in and made the intentional decision to go further out. Bunnies and deer spotted in the yard, gorgeous sunsets from the roofdeck, incredible running w/ no people in sight, and kids could play in the yard while we were inside, which we could never do at home in the city. We would stay in this home again, and Linda was a wonderful host. Thank you, Linda!

Amazing Nantucket Getaway!
This house is truly amazing! It's clean, spacious and beautifully renovated. We had two families of 4 and fit comfortably. Multiple decks and living spaces allowed for the kids and adults to have their own spaces. A short walk/bike ride/drive to an essentially private beach. Park your car or bike right at the beach - no fighting for a spot. Tons of white sand to chose from! Fantastic waves for boogie boarding, etc. Seals swimming by daily. We even watched whales feeding and playing a short distance off the shore on several of the days - which was truly unbelievable. A quick drive (or bus) into town for shopping/movie at a quaint small theater/fabulous restaurants. The pictures of the sunset don't even do it justice. If you go to Nantucket, this is THE home to stay! Linda and Bruce are fabulous hosts - they have clearly poured their hearts into this home. Don't wait - book now!
