Hoped for more given the price point
The staffing level seemed low. The front desk was unattended a few times and the food service was extremely slow, especially at breakfast. I had to wait more than 30 minutes between placing my order for two breakfast entrees and the food to arrive. The staff seemed stressed. We didn't have bedding for the sofa bed when we arrived nor was the sofabed already made. For the price, I would have expected a higher level of service, especially given that the location is on a commercial strip. We did appreciate the games on the back patio and the exercise room looked clean and nice. The ground floor rest room was also clean and nice and the bartender was very personable. The location is very convenient to downtown Napa-walkable.

One of the phone charges next to the phone is not working which I didn’t know until in the morning. It is too late to charge n phone were dead. I had missed few important business calls. The phone red light kept on blinking whole night called to front desk n they have no idea why.

Great stay. Well maintained, , Clean, but high traffic noise in our suite and took 24 hours to get a simple request fulfilled. Upon checkout learned they charge for parking. Typical Napa - bring some gold coins!

Nice room & location
The hotel was clean and nice, and we had a nice view of the courtyard. There were only 3 sets of towels in our unit, and 4 of us were booked to stay. I don’t know if they were short staffed, but I had to go down and collect the towels at the front desk, instead of them being brought to the room. Prior to arrival, I was unaware there was a charge for parking. It was $18 per car, so not unreasonable. It is a safe and nice location.
