Enjoyed the one night stay. We were on the ground floor. The noise of people going upstairs was loud. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom is a bit dated.

We were quite happy with this property, but it's a little rundown. They appear to be renovating, so that may change. Location was terrific, but it would have been nice if there had been a pool.

Appart-hôtel bien situé dans Napier, en front de mer. L'appart avec terrasse, composé de 2 chambres face mer était grand, mais mériterait d'être entièrement rénové, ainsi que la salle de bain très vieillotte.

Your asian staff are all accommodating. The Filipina workers were really amazing. They are hospitable and they did assist old people on their luggages.
