The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. It said in the information about the property that it had a restaurant and room service. It has neither so please update this on Expedia. It was otherwise a great and very convenient place to stay. Walk to Centro Storico, train terminal and restaurants. The whole area is very dirty but so is all of Naples. I would stay there again. It’s great value for money.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and solarium are lovely and refreshing after exploring the city. Breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious with a good array of food.

Can’t fault this place one bit. Lovely staff always on hand to help and made us feel truly truly welcome. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Excellent breakfast spread and roof pool bar. Will definitely be back.

The hotel was lovely and some of the staff were really friendly and welcoming it is a shame about the area due to the amount to rubbish. Pool is a just for cooling off.

Great weekend
The stay was great. Hotel is brand new in feeling, staff are super friendly. No complaints. If I did have a complaint it was that the WC seat was loose but it didn’t make the stay less good for us. Breakfast was also good. Combo Buffet of cold and warm items so plenty of choices for everyone.

Newly renovated hotel with nice seize room and comfortable bed. Modern television that I couldn’t figure out. There are steps to the rooms, where you have to be careful

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff is super nice. It’s a short walk from the train station and from Centro Storico. But to get to either, you’re walking through a not so nice neighborhood filled with police, which should make it safe. Pool on top of the building with a bar and breakfast was really nice. It seems like they might be first of an attempt to renew the neighborhood.

Napels Stay
We book a 3 day stay here. 1st day tv and ac did not work in room. After many attempt to get it working and not being successful. I had to demand a differnet room. Manager and all staff were understanding and move us on the 2nd day to a differnt room. Staff were great, hotel is very clean. Upstairs terrance was great. Pool was very nice. Overall great place. I would of gave them 5 stars but the 1st room was an issue.
