Another Newly Renovated Condo by Mary S.
This second story condo has been renovated and completed late December 2018. The property is located on the west side of Gulf Shore Blvd and located by the Naples Pier( to be rebuilt) and Beach.

This second story condo (has a common elevator) which has been gutted and is new from the studs. This unit offers all brand new flooring through out, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new custom cabinets and all new furnishings and a beached themed decor to enjoy.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, and the secondary room offers 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed as well.
The living room offers a quality queen sofa sleeper to provide more space for a comfortable night's rest.

This is the owner's second unit in the building that she owns, there is another unit on the first floor that has been quite successful with guests.

Mary could not have been a more accommodating or kind host. The location of the condo was outstanding. It was clean, cute and quiet. Quiet and safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful beach, fine dining and exclusive shopping. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked— the property is exactly as pictured. Wonderful beach getaway!

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and well-maintained—all the amenities we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It's the best!!!

This was our second stay in this property. We tell everyone we chat with that it couldn't be more perfect. The owner was very responsive to our questions before booking. The decor is Floridian which sets you in vacation mode immediately. We love that we are able to walk everywhere. The newly renovated pool was an added surprise.

Weekend in "Old Naples"

Beautifully appointed with a great location, this 2 bedroom condo had all that we needed for our weekend stay. Owner was a great communicator, the property was well maintained, and it was a short one block walk to the beach and town.
