LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Recently renovated! A studio guest home with your own private entrance & your own full kitchen & bath- only 1 mile from the beach, 5th Ave dining and shops, the mall, the zoo, beautiful Baker Park, and that's not all- Only steps away are local restaurants and coffee shops! Did we mention there's a pool? Or that you can sing along to your favorite tunes in the shower via a Bluetooth shower speaker? This home is 300 square feet of cuteness! The studio is clean, and between guest stays, we take extra care when cleaning and disinfecting our home... including vacuuming the mattress between guests! You can have all of this at our home in the happiest, healthiest city in the USA!

Great property!
Really enjoyed our stay. Property description was spot on. Our hosts were great. They were very accomodating and considerate. The location is close to downtown and other visitor attractions. Property was in a nice neighborhood; quiet and private. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful guest house in a great location. The hosts are extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place as a 10 out of 10 One of the most beautiful landscaping I have ever seen.

Great Studio Rental
Patti and Bruce were so welcoming, when we arrived, they gave a tour of the studio and their back yard with pool and hot tub which we were able to use whenever we wanted. The studio was super clean and had everything we needed, very comfortable king bed, full kitchen, which we used daily. Beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach were a great amenity too. Any question we had was answered quickly and they were available whenever we needed anything. Great rental and we’ll stay again if we’re in the Naples area.

Fabulous Stay
This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. Everything was just the photos. Patti and Bruce were the best hosts. Easy to walk or bike to everything. Beautiful, private backyard oasis. Can’t wait to stay again if in the area.

Great spot close to everything
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Naples guest house very much. The unit is a small, but very nicely appointed and maintained space with a great backyard pool and hot tub area.The location is close to beaches and entertainment. Hosts Patti and Bruce were very hospitable, friendly and kind. Overall a great experience.

Hidden Gem in Naples Florida
Patti and Brad were amazing host. The communication from start to finish was spot on. The property’s amenities sold us booking our stay…if you get the opportunity to reserve a stay in Naples, Fl at their property…I can tell you from personal experience…you won’t be disappointed!

Five Day Stay
The Pearl House guest studio was in a very convenient location. It was perfect for our stay and well stocked with all of the amenities we needed. Our unit was very clean and organized. The bathroom was modern and included a very nice shower with great water pressure. Our studio offered a private outdoor patio that we enjoyed for morning breakfast and coffee. The bicycles were an added bonus and we used them every day. This property offers a private pool shared with the owners. The pool area is very nice and private. Patti and Bruce are wonderful hosts. They provided a lot of great information about the Naples area. They were always available for questions and would help us whenever we needed anything. They were prompt in responding to our needs.

All around perfect for us!
We had two very nice weeks with Patti and Bruce! The apartment is small, but equipped with everything you need. It is very clean, lovingly designed and the bed is very comfortable. Patti and Bruce made us feel very welcome and were always very, very helpful. The garden with the pool could also be used, everything here is also beautifully designed, with attention to detail. We really enjoyed ourselves and can highly recommend the apartment. Dear Patti and Bruce, thank you again for everything, we really had a wonderful time! If we are in Naples again, we will gladly come back to you. Best regards from Germany and all the best from us!!
